PROCESSING TIMES:
The time it take use to process an order is different depending on the product and is listed under individual item descriptions. Shipping times are in addition to our processing time.
We try our absolute hardest to get our order out as soon as possible! If you have concerns about receiving an item in a specified time frame, please contact us prior to ordering.
SHIPPING TIMES:
Shipping times are in addition to our processing time and are an estimate based on the estimated time frame provided to us by the postal outlets. Please keep in mind that there are no guarantees at this time. We are not responsible for delays in shipping, and will not refund items that left our hands within the stated processing time guidelines. We will do what we can to help you track your shipping and ensure your items arrive.
CANADA:
Speake Designs ships all orders via Canada Post.
Expedited parcel: estimated transit time is 2-14 days.
Xpresspost: estimated transit time is 2-3 days
USA:
Speake Designs ships all orders to the United States using CHITCHATS, who then partners with USPS. The estimated transit time is 3-5 days.
(We do not offer an further expedited shipping at this time.
BULK ORDERS: Larger orders and bulk order are shipped via UPS. Please contact us in advance for estimated shipping times.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS!
Please make sure your address is correct to avoid longer transit times and delays!
- If an is returned to us because of a wrong address, we are happy to resend, however the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs + any return fees imposed upon us by the shipping companies (USA - $5).
