  • What is this amazing product exactly?

They are petite, charming mini signs, packed with meaningful words and sayings that'll warm anyone's heart. Think of them as the ultimate gift – versatile enough to brighten up any space, just like a card, but with an extra sprinkle of magic! ✨

  • How big is the sign?

So, how big are these bundles of joy, you ask? Approximately 3.5 x 3.75" when perched proudly in their stand.  If your style is Simple, classy, minimalist and meaningful -- this is for you.  

  • Will the words peel off like vinyl?

🌟 No!  The sayings are imprinted with UV ink, ensuring they'll stand the test of time. 

  • Can I add a personalized message to the back of the sign?

💌 YES! You can add your personal touch to the back with your own heartfelt message. Just select to have a personalized back when ordering.  Then you can either type your message or send a picture of your own handwritten message to add. 

  • This is a gift.  Can I ship directly to the recipient?

Yes!  You can ship directly to recipient by entering the receiver's address as the shipping address and your address as the billing address.  

  • Can I add a gift message so they know who it is from?

Yes! You can select the option to add a gift message on the product page or a checkout simply by checking the "add gift options" box.  We print messages on cardstock and neatly add them to your order.  

  • Do you gift wrap?

We do not offer gift wrap per say, however, all of our items, are already packaged with care and arrive presented as a gift.  Pictures of packaging are listed with each item for you to see before purchasing.  

  • How Much is Shipping?

Shipping depends on whether you are in the US or Canada, and the size and weight of the items you choose.  It will be calculated for you at checkout but before your payment is finalized. 

  • Are you in any physical Stores In My Area?

We are currently only selling online and at the occasional local market.  

  • What Currency is Your Store in?

You can select to shop in either USD or CAD dollars simply by selecting your choice on the header of our page. 

  • When Will My Order Ship?

Our processing time depends on the item, an is listed under individual item descriptions. To give you an idea:

Hugs and little sentiments 1-3 business days,

Gratitude kits - 3- 5 business days

If you need your sign by a specific date, please contact us in advance!

  • What are the shipping options and times?

 +USA: Comes with tracking. Final delivery is by USPS.  Estimated shipping time is 3-6 business days, however we are not responsible for postal delays.

+CANADA: We use INTELCOM when possible -- so please include your buzzer number if you live in a condo or apartment.  Otherwise we use Canada post regular parcel. Canada post is estimated 1-13 business days, however we are not responsible for postal delays.  It does come with tracking. If you require faster shipping, please purchase an upgrade at checkout.

 

  • Can I order in Bulk? Is there a discount?

YES!  Please contact us with details and for the discount code. 

 

  • Do You Take Custom Work?

We occasionally accept custom work. This depends on our workload at the time.  Please email us at speakedesigns@gmail.com for more info on custom work!
